Established in 1998, Datatel have grown to become one of Western Australia's premier Electrical and Communications contractors. Specialising in Government, Corporate and Education works, we have a team of over 40 Electricians, Apprentices, and Technicians, who are dedicated to providing the highest level of expertise and service to our clients.

Datatel is proud to be the only contractor in Western Australia to employ an Internationally recognised BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) and Certified Data Centre Designer's (CDCD). Those awarded with the RCDD designation have demonstrated their knowledge in the design, implementation and integration of information transport systems and related infrastructure. At Datatel, we genuinely believe that people are our greatest asset. We invest heavily in recruitment and training, and we are constantly receiving feedback from our clients on the quality of our staff. In our own, in-house Training Centre, all of our staff receive regular training courses on various systems we work on; including switchboards, phone systems, IP networks, and automation systems. Further to this, we also conduct skills and information sessions for our clients and partners about our industry.

We pride ourselves on our excellent reputation in the industry and the ongoing relationships with our clients. Some of our better known clients include Curtin University, Royal Perth Hospital, University of WA, Racing and Wagering WA, Department of Education, West Coast Eagles and the Westpac Bank. The relationship with these organisations, and many more, has primarily been forged through the high quality of workmanship and service our staff provide. Many of our clients specifically request Datatel as their preferred contractor for Electrical, Communications and specialist works, as they know the job will be completed at a high standard by the one contractor.
