Scope of Work:
Datatel were engaged nationally to construct the NBN network across the country. Working across all network technology models, including FTTP, FTTN, FTTC and FTTB, Datatel hauled more than 1,000km of optical fibre, installed more than 7,000 optic joint enclosures, terminated and tested more than 200,000 fibre optic cores, installed more than 50km of underground conduits and more than 1,000 new cable pits. Datatel were a leading construction partner of the NBN nationally during the peak of the network construction.
